Fill in the questionnaire and food diary

No need to travel to a personal consultation – everything is online based. Our questionnaire includes questions about your diet, lifestyle, work, medical history, sleep pattern etc. With the details you’ve given in your questionnaire and food diary we will evaluate any deficiencies and identify your nutritional requirements.

  1. After we receive your order, within 24 hours we will send an email with a link to our  comprehensive online questionnaire.
  2. Please download and fill in the food diary and return it to us by email.

We will tailor your personalised online programme in accordance to your goals and personal preferences. The exercise programmes will be carefully designed to accommodate your needs and capabilities. Challenging but always achievable. There’s no one-size-fits-all.

ONGOING SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT

Within 10 days you will receive your personalised online plan.
We encourage you to keep a diary and will be in touch on a regular basis to see how you are doing.
